Villa Fleur du Roches - EVE St. Barts

Villa Fleur du Rocher (EVE) is located in Anse des Cayes, St Barts, and features a dramatic 180° ocean view. EVE was completely renovated using modern and comfortable furnishings.

The bright and spacious living room adjoins the well-equipped kitchen, and sliding doors open onto the pool deck with ocean view. A large dining table is located in the gazebo.

The master bedroom is located in the main cottage and opens onto the terrace with spectacular views. The second bedroom is located in a separate bungalow, opposite the master, and also opens to the terrace and pool. The two en-suite bathrooms both have walk-in showers.

Although EVE is located in a calm and private area, it is still close to the beach and to the entertainment center of Gustavia.

Terrace

The large terrace features lounge chairs, a comfortable round chair for 2, and a wonderful 180 degree view over the ocean and the surrounding islands. Medium sized pool with steps and underwater mood lighting. 4 sunbeds for lounging. Faces the view. Heated in the Winter only.

Kitchen

BBQ , Blender , Ceiling Fan, Coffee Maker , Dishwasher , Freezer, Microwave , Oven, Refrigerator, Toaster Well-equipped kitchen with small adjacent dining area for 4 people, perfect for breakfast.

Dining Room

Ceiling Fan Located outside under gazebo with table seating 6-8 people and interior with benches off kitchen.

Living Room

Ceiling Fan , iPod Connector Large living room opens to the terrace with the pool and ocean view. Flat screen TV, DVD, stereo and CD player w/ Bose surround system.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan , Ensuite Bathroom , Hair Dryer, In-room Safe, iPod Docking Station Opens onto the pool and the view. Ensuite bathroom with single vanity and Italian Rainforest Shower.

Bedroom 2

1 King size bed or 2 Twins, Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan , Ensuite Bathroom , In-room Safe, iPod Docking Station Located in a separate cottage, twins are made up as a king. Opens to the terrace. Ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower only.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
