Villa Jane - JMS St. Barts

Villa JMS is a unique hide-away perched in complete privacy on a beautiful hillside in Pointe Milou, St Barts. The villa’s look is sophisticated, yet casual; glamorous and easy; calming and serene.

Come to Villa JMS and prepare to do absolutely nothing, with one of the world’s great views as a priceless balm for the soul.

Villa JMS has a style of it's own, with a simplicity that makes for total relaxation. The villa has a gentle modernist design - classic and beautiful - the perfect get-away spot for lazing around the luxurious infinity pool, enjoying cocktails & a good book on one of the many verandas, or dining open-air amidst the gentle evening breezes. Guests can do it all, or nothing at all; which is what most guests choose.

The main level is an open-air, bright and breezy space that supports a large living area open on both ends for gentle breezes. The front of the main level living area looks out over Pointe Milou and towards several of the lovely out islands between St. Bart’s and St. Martin - with St. Martin in the distance some. The lovely and luxurious infinity pool, designed in warm Italian glass tile, is at the front of the main level.

This villa is unique for its large and well-designed kitchen, which is fully air-conditioned and equipped with advanced Miele and Gaggenau appliances. The kitchen and its large and very accommodating island soon becomes a popular gathering spot for most guests, whether they choose to cook themselves or to hire a chef.

Two master bedroom suites are on either side of the living room, providing total privacy. Both suites have luxurious bathrooms.

The villa features two additional bedrooms on the lower level, sharing a bathroom and a large veranda. These two bedrooms are available for an additional charge; ideal to accommodate young children and a nanny.

Villa JMS sits amidst its own beautiful tropical garden.

There are spacious terraces where you can enjoy the sun & the shade. The back of the villa has a covered area with a day bed & a wooden dining table.

Lush tropical garden with bougainvillea and lawn area at the entrance of property.

Kitchen

Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster Large well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Opens to dining area on back terrace and to the indoor living room.

Dining Room

Dining room off the living room with table seating 8 people.

Living Room

Ceiling Fan Opens on both sides with pool and terrace in the front and a dining area in the back. Very comfortable modern style with Flatscreen TV/DVD.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, In-room Safe, Satellite TV, Screens On upper level a very modern style with orange bedspread. Opens onto pool.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, In-room Safe, Screens, TV On upper level and identical to bedroom #1 with green bedspread. Opens onto pool.

Bedroom 3

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Shared Bath Downstairs bedroom sharing a bathroom with bedroom #4.

Bedroom 4

2 Twin Beds, Air Conditioning, Shared Bath Downstairs small bedroom and perfect for children (villa has a crib). Shares bathroom with bedroom #3.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
