Villa K is the result of a dream: a villa on the beach in the Caribbean.

Villa K's lucky owner made his dream come true in this brand new contemporary villa. A large wood deck with exotic finishes at the foot of a sand path leads right to the beach. A large heated swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and faces the ocean. The large sliding doors of the living room open onto an immense deck arranged with deckchairs. The master bedroom includes a hammam, a bathroom with a tub overlooking the deck and the pool and a private room with sofa and a flat screen. Lastly, all the bedrooms have either a view of the sea or of the pool and the large deck.
