Villa Lagon Jaune - AJL St. Barts

Villa Lagon Jaune (AJL) is located on the hillside of the exclusive gated Domaine du Levant complex. It offers superb views, terraces, pool, spacious living room, al fresco dining, and well equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms are of equal size and comfort with similar decor. The master bedroom is in the main building with a private terrace and ocean view. Two other bedrooms are in a private cottage located off the pool. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and open to the view. The 4th bedroom is incorporated into a mini-suite with a kitchenette and living area, and it features its own terrace. These accommodations would be ideal for a nanny.

Villa AJL is only a few minutes walk from the beach and the Domaine du Lagon tennis courts.

This villa can also be rented together with neighbouring Villa Petit Lagon to provide a two villa estate of 6 bedrooms, the perfect vacation spot for a gathering of family and friends.

Terrace

The terrace surrounds the pool area and all bedrooms, with dining area, gas barbecue and that stunning view. Lots of room for poolside fun and entertaining as well as private spaces to relax.

Dining Room

Alfresco dining area on the terrace with a large wooden table for 6 guests. Great views.

Living Room

Flat Screen TV, Surround Sound Very open living room with antique pieces and crisp white sectionals. Great views.

Mezzanine

Mezzanine located over the kitchen with a Queen size futon and desk.

Bedroom 1

2 Twins or 1 King size bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom, Mosquito Netting Master bedroom with carved headboards and doors that open to a private terrace. Can be access from the kitchen via the bathroom.

Bedroom 2

2 Twins or 1 King size bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom The beds have carved headboards and doors open to a private terrace. Located in a separate bungalow on a lower level with garden view.

Bedroom 3

2 Twins or 1 King size bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bathroom The beds have carved headboards and doors open to a private terrace. Identical, and located next to, Bedroom 2. Ocean view.

Bedroom 4

2 Twins or 1 King size bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bathroom, Fans, Mosquito Netting, Safe Overlooking a private terrace.

Staff Details
