Villa Lexi - LE2 St. Barts

Villa LE2 is located on the way to Gouverneur Beach, St Barts, and a short drive to town. To access the pool you will walk past a tropical garden. The view includes both countryside and ocean.

The main cottage features the large living room with an open gourmet kitchen and small dining table. These rooms open onto the pool and the outside dining area.

The two equal size bedrooms are located in a separate cottage in front of the pool. Next to each other, the bedrooms have large closets and ensuite bathrooms. You will have the choice of either swimming in the large pool before relaxing in the hot tub, or sunbathing on the lounge chairs around the pool.

Villa LE2 is great for families or couples.

*Both bedrooms have 2 twin beds that are pushed together to make a king, these beds can not be separated.

*This villa can be rented w/ Villa SIB LEP if 3 bedrooms are needed. SIB LE2 and SIB LEP share the same driveway.

*Villa LE2 is only rented during the winter and is not available during the summer.

Terrace

Large terracotta terrace surrounding the pool and the two bedrooms. Both shady and sunny. Overlooking Gouverneur and countryside. Charcoal BBQ.

Garden

Lush tropical garden surrounds the villa.

Kitchen

Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave Large gourmet kitchen opening to the living room. Grey granite counter with two stools separating the kitchen from the living room.

Dining Room

Outside covered dining area, dining table seating 4 people. A breakfast nook in the living room.

Living Room

Large living room opening onto pool and terrace. Direct TV, DVD, stereo, fan, screens, ADSL internet connection.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath, Hair Dryer, In-room Safe, Screens Medium size bedroom with platform bed. French door opens to pool.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath, Hair Dryer, Screens Medium size bedroom. The twin beds are pushed together into a king. French door opens to pool.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.

  • This villa includes a 10% discount to select restaurants on island. A complete list will be provided upon arrival.
