Villa Maple - MAP St. Barts

Villa MAP is located in a quiet area of Petite Saline. This villa is decorated with elegant colonial style furniture. It offers great views of Lorient Bay, and the islands of St. Martin and Anguilla.

The villa is built on different levels, which provides privacy for the bedrooms with large and sunny terraces all around. The mix of the white natural stone, clapboard and wooden décor offers a relaxing and tranquil ambiance.

The brand new, gourmet kitchen in the main cottage has nice, pastoral views and opens up to the outdoors and the indoor living/dining area.

Villa MAP is based on a 2 bedroom villa style, of course there is the possibility of offering not only but also the third bedroom and the studio.

The Master bedroom is across the living room and has a four-poster bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom ensuite.

On the large wooden and natural white stone terrace, you will enjoy dining in the covered part or relaxing on the sofa, overlooking the great views. The second bedroom is nestled a few steps below the main cottage with a small private terrace, green tiled ensuite bathroom, 4-poster king size bed and netting for a romantic and private feeling. The third level is lower on the other side, facing the lush tropical garden. Walking through the wooden terrace, the third bedroom has a marine feeling with its mix of soft blue colors; it has a small, cute ensuite bathroom and a 4-poster king size bed. Just beside, is the fitness room. The large pool with green and sparkling tile perfectly mixes with the surrounding countryside. The pool area is situated a few steps below the villa with a large deck and a gazebo which allow guests to enjoy this area in both sun and shade. Recently, a fourth bedroom has been renovated. It is a nice, contemporary studio with a small living room with kitchenette, a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

This villa is ideal for friends or families traveling together.

Terrace

Gas Grill The main terrace is partially covered and made of wood and white stone. Other wooden terraces are located at the bedroom entrances.

Garden

Lush tropical garden surrounding the villa. Very colorful and flowered.

Kitchen

Dishwasher , Espresso Machine, Microwave , Oven, Refrigerator, Toaster Brand new gourmet kitchen opening to the dining room and the living room. Pastoral views.

Dining Room

A large wooden table seating 8-10 people is off the kitchen under the covered terrace.

Living Room

Ceiling Fan , Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV Partially indoors, partially located on the large, main floor terrace. Large shades in front of the terrace can be pulled down.

Gym

Air Conditioning Located beside the third bedroom, below the main cottage, in front of the garden. Has a treadmill, elliptical, and workout mats.

Bedroom 1

1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning , DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, In-room Safe, Satellite TV, Walk-In Closet Large bedroom located in the main cottage with a 4-poster bed and a beautiful wooden floor.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, Screens Large bedroom located in a separate cottage with a 4-poster bed and green bathroom.

Bedroom 3

1 King Bed, Ensuite Bath, Screens Located on the lower level next to the fitness room. Medium size bedroom with a garden view and 4-poster bed.

Bedroom 4

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV Nicely comfortable and contemporary studio with a small living room and kitchenette.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
