Villa Melissa - MLI St. Barts

**The villa is available to rent from February 1, 2012 Villa Melissa (MLI) is located on beautiful Flamands beach, St Barts. This villa is very spacious making it the perfect vacation spot for families or groups of friends.

There are enclosed gardens and a wooden deck, complete with a delightful gazebo and a small pool. All three bedrooms are very spacious with built in wardrobes. The bathrooms are also very large. One of the joys of this villa is that you can stroll to a restaurant for lunch or dinner and there is a bakery nearby to pick up fresh bread in the morning.

SPECIAL NOTE: this villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.

The terrace is off the kitchen with teak table and chairs.

Enclosed garden between the villa and the beach.

Kitchen

BBQ, Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster Well equipped with breakfast bar and stools. Opens to pool and garden.

Open plan dining with living room and kitchen - opens to pool and garden.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with rattan sofas and chairs and has a stereo. Opens to terrace with ocean view.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath, Screens Green and yellow rattan with floral fabrics.

Bedroom 2

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath, Screens Similar to bedroom #1 with rattan furniture.

Bedroom 3

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath, Screens A very large bedroom located upstairs with private terrace and 2 teak lounge chairs. The bathroom has a tub and separate shower.
