Villa Minou - SBM St. Barts

Villa Minou (SBM) overlooks the beautiful bay of Grand Cul de Sac, much appreciated for its endless watersport activities. Within walking distance of the lagoon, the beach and its delectable restaurants.

A large sunny terrace offers also shady areas, and surrounds a new infinity pool and deck. On the right, a well-equipped kitchen opens onto an outdoor covered dining area, offering a lovely view of the lagoon. Modern furnishings decorate the living room, which also accommodates an interior dining area. On the left, you will find two spacious adjacent bedrooms with ensuite baths. These sun-flooded rooms open onto the terrace and the view. The newly built master bedroom is adjacent to those two bedrooms located in a separate and independent cottage. It offers a King size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. A fourth bedroom can be found in a separate cottage below the main house. This independent space offers a small kitchenette and ensuite bathroom for total privacy.

Villa Minou is a great spot for families with small children or teenagers, and sport enthusiasts looking to spend their vacation on the lagoon!

Large terrace with 2 dining areas: one in front of the kitchen with a nice breeze, the other under a covered terrace. Both tables seat 6 people.

Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Espresso Machine, Gas and Electric, Toaster, American fridge, etc... Well-equipped kitchen for 12 people. Opens to the terrace and faces the lagoon.

Dining Room

Indoor dining room with nice wood table for 6 people. Opens to the terrace and pool.

Living Room

Ceiling Fan Large white sofas for 8 -10 people with French Canal Satellite, new large Led flat screen TV, DVD & WiFi. Opens to the terrace and the pool and faces the lagoon.

Bedroom 1

Newly built master bedroom in a separate cottage. Opens onto terrace & view, facing the lagoon. King size bed, A/C, mosquito netting, ceiling fan, screens, safe, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity, shower and seperate toilet. Ipod docking station.

Bedroom 2

Opens onto terrace & pool, facing the lagoon. King size bed, A/C, mosquito netting, screens, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity & shower. IPod docking station. Next door to bedroom #3.

Bedroom 3

Opens onto terrace & pool, facing the lagoon. Twin beds that can be pushed to gether to make a King, A/C, mosquito netting, screens, ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity & shower. Ipod docking station. Next to bedroom #2.

Bedroom 4

Separate studio with a kitchenette. Located downstairs. Twin beds that can be pushed together, A/C, netting, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ single vanity, shower and toilet.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
