Petit Lagon is a two bedroom villa in the exclusive gated community of Domaine du Levant, with breath-taking views of Petit Cul de Sac bay, Turtle Island and distant St Martin.

Situated half way to the top of the hill to profit from the ocean breeze, it is only two minutes walk to the private Domaine beach at Petit Cul de Sac. Villa Petit Lagon has 2 stylish bedrooms with ensuite baths situated nicely for privacy, and with ocean views. There is an efficient little kitchen, a delightful open living area and a covered dining terrace, all giving onto the fabulous view. A pool trimmed out with a sun deck and loungers completes the pretty picture.

This villa can also be rented together with neighbouring Villa Lagon Jaune to provide a two villa estate of 6 bedrooms, the perfect vacation spot for a gathering of family and friends.
