Villa Phoenix - BOU St. Barts

BOU named villa Phoenix is located in Pointe Milou and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool. It faces the ocean and the surrounding islands. The villa has been partially renovated.

The living room and the master bedroom have been totally redone and redecorated. The living room opens onto the pool and the splendid ocean view. It is well-exposed to the sun and offers great sunsets! The contemporary furniture mixed with green colors creates a peaceful and warm atmosphere. On each side, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a Queen size bed w/ ensuite bathroom elegantly redecorated with contemporary furniture and off-white colors. The second bedroom offers the same amenities but the décor remains the old Caribbean style.

The pool is ideal to freshen up while having a cocktail and admiring the sunset!

Ocean view. Queen size bed, A/C, screens, dressing, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ single vanity & walk-in shower. Flat screen TV, Canal Satellite. Off white décor w/ wooden furniture.

Bedroom 2

Ocean view. Queen size bed, A/C, screens, dressing, safe, ensuite bathroom w/ single vanity & walk-in shower. Flat screen TV, Canal Satellite, DVD player.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
