Villa Sand - SAU St. Barts

Perched on the Colombier hillside, villa SAU offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in Balinese-style cottages grouped around a central lavastone infinity pool.

The main cottage houses the living area, with open plan kitchen and dining area, and the master bedroom. Two other bedrooms and a fitness room are in cottages on the other side of the pool.

Finished throughout in Indonesian timber, this villa gives the warmth of natural wood, while taking full advantage of the ocean breeze. The beautifully furnished living room features Indonesian artworks and concealed lighting, while the superbly equipped kitchen and large covered terrace make this a perfect spot for entertaining.. The three comfortable bedrooms each have ensuite bath and open air shower, and all open onto the terrace and the ocean view.

Terrace

Large wooden deck running the length of the villa, partly covered. Sun beds and parasols.

Kitchen

Modern, well-equipped kitchen, with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, wine cave, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, and breakfast bar. Back kitchen with fridge, freezer, preparation area and storage.

Dining Room

Between the kitchen and the terrace, overlooking the pool. Seating for 6-8 guests. Alfresco dining for 6-8 on the covered terrace overlooking the ocean, equipped with bbq.

Living Room

Opens to terrace and ocean view. Stylish and elegant, yet equipped with flat-screen TV, Dish Network satellite, DVD, Bose sound system

Gym

Opens to terrace and pool. Air conditioned with bicycle and semi-recumbent cycle.

Bedroom 1

To left of living area, opening onto its own terrace with ocean view. King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV with satellite and DVD, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and open air shower.

Bedroom 2

In separate cottage to right of living area and pool. Opens to terrace and ocean view. King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV with satellite and DVD, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and open air shower.

Bedroom 3

In separate cottage to right of bedroom 2. Opens to terrace and ocean view. King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV with satellite and DVD, ensuite bathroom with bath tub and open air shower.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
