Villa Soleimane (PKB) is a brand new 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa located in Vitet hillside. This elegant contemporary villa has been designed by its owner who has given an extreme attention to every detail.

He has harmoniously married and created a perfect association of modernity and tradition. Villa Soleimane is not only a very beautiful villa but a perfect universe, serene and exceptional.

Villa PKB is built around the pool with its large deck areas, covered terrace, large living room areas, outdoor dining with BBQ grill and air conditioned bedrooms.

The master bedroom offers a Peek-A-Boo looking inside the pool, as well as a spacious sitting area and deck. It is located with bedroom 1 in the main building. The bedroom 3 and 4 are in the unit across the swimming pool.

Villa Soleimane is a perfect place for entertaining multiple couple and families.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for 2, electric oven, gas stove, micro wave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ice maker, toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, blender, electric fruit squeezer. Gas BBQ on the back terrace.

Dining Room

3 dining areas available: One inside the house, by the kitchen for 8 guest, one on the front terrace with a teak table for 8 and one on the back terrace, BBQ area with a wood table for 6 to 8 guests.

Living Room

Ocean View. Comfortable inside living area with white leather sofas, flat TV screen, Dish Network, home cinema, Bose surround sound system, Ipod dock, bar area with fridge and sink. Outside living areas on the upper deck by the pool. Perfect to relax or enjoy a cocktail.

Bedroom 1

Ocean View. King size bed ( can be prepared as twin), A/C, ceiling fan, mosquito screen, Flat TV screen, Dish Network, DVD player, WIFI, safe, ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2

Ocean view and underwater looking into the pool. King size Bed ( can be prepared as twin), A/C, mosquito screen, Flat TV screen with home cinema, Wifi, safe, ensuite Bathroom, living area. Located behind the kitchen.

Bedroom 3

Ocean view. Double bed ( can be prepared as twin), A/C, Ceiling fan, mosquito screen, Flat TV screen, DVD player, Ipod dock, WIFI, safe, ensuite bathroom. Located in a separate unit next to the pool.

Bedroom 4

Ocean view. Double bed ( can be prapared as a twin ), A/C, Ceiling fan, mosquito screens, Flat TV screen, DVD player, Ipod dock, WIFI, safe, ensuite Bathroom. Located in a separate unit next to the pool.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
