Villa Araxia - VNS St. Barts

VNS is located in Petite Saline, St Barts with great views of Lorient Bay and the surrounding islands. This villa has 3 bedrooms in the main villa and a 4th one in a separate cottage.

Elegant decor throughout the villa with off white and pale green fabrics. The living room is furnished with comfortable and large sofas while the bedrooms are fairly equal in size and open to the ocean view. The gourmet kitchen faces the ocean and opens to an outside dining area that seats 6 people. There is a separate dining pavilion that has a sunning deck and a table to accommodate up to 14. Gorgeous infinity pool with steps surrounded by a large deck/terrace with several areas to sunbathe or relax in the shade, including a separate library pavilion.

Villa "VNS" is the perfect private villa to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation with sun all day. Easy access and very convenient to beaches and the village of Lorient .

SPECIAL NOTE: No arrivals and/or departures on Sundays and this villa is only available at the list price over Thanksgiving.

Terrace

There are many terraces w/comfortable outside furniture. Large covered pavilion on the lower w/BBQ seats up to 14 & a shaded/netted library pavilion.

Garden

Large and beautifully maintained tropical gardens surround the villa, designed by world renowned landscape designer.

Kitchen

BBQ , Blender , Coffee Maker , Dishwasher, Espresso Machine, Microwave , Toaster Gourmet kitchen opens to the view, pool and covered terrace. Off the kitchen is a small office with fax, printer, WiFi & wine bar.

Dining Room

Several dining areas: one seating 6 off the kitchen, one in a separate gazebo w/ large dining table seating 14 w/kitchenette & charcoal grill.

Living Room

Ceiling Fan Large sofas and comfortable chairs. Equipped with Flat screen TV, stereo, Ipod dock. Powder room. Opens to a covered terrace with ocean views.

Bedroom 1

1 King Bed , Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath , Hair Dryer, In-room Safe, Mosquito Netting, Screens, Stereo, TV Large master bedroom next to kitchen w/4-poster bed, ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower, double vanity & large dressing room. Opens to pool & view.

Bedroom 2

2T or 1K, Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath , Hair Dryer, Mosquito Netting, Screens, Stereo, TV Medium size bedroom off the living room w/4-poster bed, ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower & single vanity. Opens to pool & view.

Bedroom 3

1 King Bed , Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath , Hair Dryer, Mosquito Netting, Stereo, TV Similer to bedroom #2, opposite bedroom #1 w/4-poster bed, ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower & single vanity. Opens to pool & view.

Bedroom 4

1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Ensuite Bath Stairs from the main villa lead to a bedroom located in a separate cottage with a full kitchen, dining for 8 and outside deck with ocean views.

Staff Details

  • Meet and Greet at the airport or dock upon arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping except on Sundays and Public Holidays (sheets, bath and beach towels provided).
  • Concierge and Maintenance services.
