Snorkel to Carina Bay’s own barrier reef which comes all the way to the shoreline. You have easy beach access to it, at just 500 yards west of Sugar Bird. Or just relax all day—but remember to watch for Dolphins inside the reef! Talk to the local fishermen whose mooring right next door allows you first choice of their fresh catch of Red Snapper, Lobsters, and other fresh local seafood. Recipe for Snapper—stuff and cover with chopped garlic and lemons, salt and pepper to taste, wrap in tin foil and put on grill for one hour at low medium heat.
