Avalon is a beautifully redecorated 5 bedroom 5 bath villa high on Maria Bluff with a wonderful view into Chocolate Hole.

This sumptuously decorated villa has many different places to sit and enjoy the wonderful view. This villa is particularly kid friendly with toys, kid sized furniture and other amenities. Looking down into the sea from the large pool deck you can often see turtles or rays in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The large comfortably furnished great room has a wonderful view. A large covered deck offers plenty of shade and sun in great comfortalong with a amazing view of Bovacap Point that also encompasses Chocolate Hole.

The inviting dining room table waits you and your friends pleasure. The functional kitchen makes fixing snacks or dinner a snap. The villa offers many different sitting areas for reading or relaxing. The master bedroom looks out onto the expansive view.Each bedroom is charmingly decorated in a unique way

Soak in the hot tub while you watch the twinkling lights of St. John. Enjoy the sunny pool deck while you are cooled by the tropical breezes. The covered deck along the front of the house is the perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrise over beautiful Bovacap Point.

There is a caretaker cottage at the entrance to the property. Brian and Jessie and the cat Rusty live there andare available to help with any questions or operational concerns.
