Coqui, a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bath cliffside villa, is perched 50 feet above the brilliant blue waters of Pillsbury Sound overlooking St. Thomas.

It commands an incomparable 180 degree panoramic view that will take your breath away. Its Great Cruz Bay location is one of the most desirable on the island, just five minutes from Cruz Bay and less than fifteen minutes from St. John's glorious North Shore beaches.

This elegant, recently built, villa offers more than just a view. Coqui features beautiful island stonework, imported Italian tile and 20' timbered ceilings. The room is decorated with colorful Caribbean prints and unique accent pieces in tropical hardwoods. The spacious 30 x 18 great room opens onto a wide deck on the sea side and a large courtyard to the rear.

The main floor of this villa is handicap accessible. In addition to the great room, it offers a state of the art kitchen, indoor dining area and covered outdoor dining area to one side of the great room and a large master bedroom with an oversized private bath to the other. The lower level of Coqui includes two bedrooms each with its own private bath and a spacious deck surrounding a sparkling pool. The view can be enjoyed from every room.

The lush gardens provide the perfect tropical surroundings for this gem of a villa. The landscaping includes beautiful stonework highlighted by brilliant bougainvillea, delicate hibiscus, striking traveler palms and over 100 other tropical plants.
