Just a convenient 15-minute walk to Cruz Bay, this newly-completed villa is right next door to Mandavilla, on Mandavilla's east side. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Ginger Thomas (named after the U.S.V.I.'s national flower) is built on two levels and features lovely ocean views of Cruz Bay's harbor and of St. Thomas beyond, and sparkling seas to the horizon.

The main level has a living room and full kitchen, with an air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite adjoining; pocket sliding doors open from both rooms onto the deep covered verandah set with a pool. The verandah fronting the villa is spacious, cool and shady, and is furnished as another alfresco living area for comfortable relaxation and dining with a view. Below, via a sheltered exterior staircase, is the lower air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite.

Ginger Thomas is beautifully furnished and very well equipped for your vacation pleasures, with lots of extra amenities.

You may rent just Ginger Thomas for one to four persons, or you may also rent Ylang Ylang and/or Mandavilla (Ginger Thomas's two adjacent sister villas) together, to sleep up to 12 persons in three separate villas. Although these villas are next door to each other, privacy between the three properties is well maintained, and this new property is so conveniently located near Cruz Bay - just a short walk or about a 1-1/2-minute drive away for shopping, dining, island-style nightlife, and all the holiday fun St. John has to offer.

On-site management is in apartment beneath Mandavilla (which is next door.) He's there if you need him for seasoned advice on island activities and anything else you might want to know, but your vacation privacy is,of course, completely assured at Ginger Thomas.
