Nestled high above Rendezvous Bay in the tropical countryside, this fully air conditioned villa enjoys a spectacular 180 degree view of the Caribbean, the bays of St. John's South Shore with the island of St. Croix shimmering on the distant horizon.

Just completed is an additional apartment with a sixth bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bath on the lower level.

An example of tropical architecture at its best, Villa Panache is a blend of creamy pink stucco walls, terra-cotta roof tiles and Mexican tile floors, surrounded by colorful ever-blooming bougainvillea and an abundance of other tropical plants. The design affords unobstructed views of the crystal clear Caribbean waters from every nook and cranny.

The villa features a 30 foot heated swimming pool with a shaded gazebo and an expansive 80 foot terrace furnished with comfortable lounge furniture.
