A 4 Bedroom stunner perched high above the water of Pillsbury Sound at Azure Bay Estates, this cliff side villa offers unmatched views of St. Thomas and beyond.

Owner designed and built, quality craftsmanship and innovative architecture abound. Every comfort has been provided for our guests in three bedrooms and a separate efficiency apartment.

Upon your arrival at Watercliff pass through the columned entry overlooking the pool, the palm courtyard and azure waters below. The spacious great room with cathedral ceiling, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area provides gracious entertaining for groups large and small. Large sliding glass doors open onto a wrap around deck with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining area.

Each of the three bedrooms have their own private bath, outdoor shower and ceiling fans. Large sliding doors and louvered windows take advantage of the prevailing breezes. Decks surround each room with additional seating for viewing the sea.

The apartment has a full kitchen, living/dining room area and bedroom with queen size bed. Outside there is a separate deck with a lovely water view that leads back to the pool area.
