Some of which are built around a large, kidney shaped swimming pool, solely for the use of the condominium residents, and the rest face the broadwalk and the Rodney Bay Marina.
The condominiums are situated with easy walking distance of Reduit Beach, many restaurants and shops. Each unit is fully air conditioned. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one small single bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is another bathroom. Downstairs is a comfortable sitting/dining room which leads out onto a small patio. There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Sleeps 5.
