This cosy and modern cottage sits atop the beautiful Seabreeze hills in Cap Estate.

The villa enjoys breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and out to the French island of Martinique. The perfect spot for honeymooners or just couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway.

To take advantage of this great view, the cottage was designed with an open plan living space comprising dining and kitchen area, all opening out onto a patio area complete with alfresco dining. There is a lovely flat lawn area just in front, perfect for sunbathing or simply enjoying a good book. A large infinity pool overlooking the breathtaking view out to sea completes this tropical paradise. The refreshing Atlantic breeze can be felt throughout the cottage but air conditioning is provided in the bedroom for additional comfort.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, perfectly situated to enjoy the great view through the French doors, which lead out to the patio area. There is an ensuite bathroom, with double face basins, and beautiful ornate fittings.

There is WIFI internet access, separate laundry facilities, parking and on site watchman services.

St. Lucia Villa Notes

  • All St. Lucia villa bookings for travel January 1, 2013 and beyond will be subject to a Value Added Tax. Unfortunately, this tax amount is yet to be determined. All bookings confirmed for travel beyond January 1, 2013 will be subject to this tax once the amount is determined by the government.
