The house is fully air-conditioned, and has a separate media room with a 60 inch Plasma TV and top quality THX audio system both for watching DVDs (you'll swear you are in the theatre) or listening to CDs. You can play music out to the open Gazebo, the pool area, or even listen to it in the raised heated Jacuzzi.

The bedrooms feature high-end plush mattresses, triple shower-heads, Popup plasma TVs, separate DVD players, and finally remote control roman shades on the windows. This means, you press a button, and the drapes go up and the view of the ocean comes pouring in.

Each bedroom in this villa has a king size bed. The bedrooms have pop up Sony Plasma TVs with DVD Player's and direct TV. The bedrooms have motorized black-out shades and air conditioning.

The stylish living room is decorated with modern Italian furniture and is air-conditioned. In the media room, you will find a large TV (60 inch plasma), DVD (5disc player), VCR, Stereo Tape/CD (5disc player), air-conditioning as well.

The air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped with the following: Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Machine, Blender, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, B.B.Q.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our St. Martin villas. We will cover the base rental car cost and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival based upon the following rental conditions: 4 passengers or more - one Toyota Yaris or similar (seats 4). 5 passengers or more - one Dodge Caravan or similar.

    Weather was great, the people were friendly, the food was fantastic, and the villa was beautiful. Your staff did an outstanding job in making sure our vacation was just that, and that we did not want for anything. When we arrived the rental car was waiting at the villa, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we were relaxing on the beach before dinner.
