Nestled on a very secluded hillside in a gated community, this Mediterranean style, 4 bedroom villa offers a lot of privacy.

Its spacious living areas open dramatically to a panoramic view of Simpson Bay. Escapade also provides access to a private marina.

Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers, air- conditioning, ceiling fans and screens.

The Living Room is furnished with Rattan and Traditional French Furniture, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo Tape/CD and Ceiling Fan

The Kitchen equipment includes: Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and B.B.Q..

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our St. Martin villas. We will cover the base rental car cost and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival based upon the following rental conditions: 4 passengers or more - one Toyota Yaris or similar (seats 4). 5 passengers or more - one Dodge Caravan or similar.
