Accessing the gated property gives you a spectacular panoramic view of Marigot and the hills to the north, including Pic Paradis in plain sight as you drive 180 degrees around the home. Entering the villa, you will find open frames that naturally capture every aspect of the magnificent views around the property.
Stroll the pathways that take you directly to the open terrace overlooking the heated pool, to the open lounge, and the grand gazebo with a beautiful view of Anguilla and the Caribbean Sea. Everything about this home is superbly accommodating, large families or groups can take advantage of its spacious living and dining areas, which can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.
The open and modern kitchen features black granite countertops and luxury amenities including an expresso machine. All five of the bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds. Three of them are attached to the main home and two are ideally located in the gardens below with a terrace overlooking the ocean. All ensuite baths are modern with double sinks.
