Special Events
This property can be rented for “special event” such as Wedding Party of Cocktail Party . Additional to one week minimum rental, an event fee & a security deposit would be required according to the number of guests . The guests will be responsible to clean the house after the event and the owners will not accept more guests at the villa than what the villa can accommodate during the entire rental period (2 pax per bedroom) beside the event day .

Bedroom Details
- Each of the four bedrooms has a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, DVD and a safe. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower. One of the bedroom is located on the main level with the three other bedrooms are located on the lower level with a direct access to the pools . Can be rented as a 2-3 or 4 bedroom villa.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our St. Martin villas. We will cover the base rental car cost and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival based upon the following rental conditions: 4 passengers or more - one Toyota Yaris or similar (seats 4). 5 passengers or more - one Suzuki Van or similar.

Stayed here May of 2011 and it was beyond amazing. The pictures were extremely accurate and don't come close to describing how awesome this place was! I would recommend this villa to everyone who wants to have a blast in St. Martin!
