This intimate hillside 2 bedroom villa in the "lowlands" has a big view of the Caribbean. La Nina has been totally renovated with a large gazebo, a tennis court and a gym room

During the day you can lounge around the crystal clear pool in complete privacy; and at night you will want to gaze at the stars. La Nina is a very romantic place. It can also be rented along with La Pinta to provide extra bedrooms for larger groups.

Both bedrooms have king size beds, private bathrooms with showers, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and screens. Plasma TV & DVD in each bedrooms (no satellite)

The Living Room is decorated with French Country Furniture. There is a TV, VCR, Stereo Tape/CD and Ceiling Fan for your enjoyment.

Kitchen Equipment includes: Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Machine, Blender, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and B.B.Q..

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our St. Martin villas. We will cover the base rental car cost and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival based upon the following rental conditions: 4 passengers or more - one Toyota Yaris or similar (seats 4). 5 passengers or more - one Dodge Caravan or similar.

Terms & Conditions: - Please mention SM1101 at time of booking - Valid on new reservations only as of 09/01/11 - 5 night minimum booking - Clients are responsible for cost of tax, gas and mandatory liability insurance - Subject to availability & change - Promotion valid until further notice - Car type based on availability and villa selection - Not combinable with other offers Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost.
