The innovative design spans 12,000 square feet interconnected with breezeways that intergrate indoor and outdoor spaces while assuring privacy and creatively optimizing the space for groups or families. The villa includes: five bedrooms, five bathrooms plus two powder rooms, a library, covered terrace, living room, a breakfast room, family room, formal dining room with seating for fourteen, large, gourmet kitchen, gym/yoga studio, outdoor dining gazebo, expansive deck area, lounge chairs, heated pool, large daybeds on the beach and exceptional details, amenities and furnishing throughout.

Covered Terrace

The covered terrace opens to the central courtyard and provides a unique and sophisticated indoor/outdoor living space that exudes charm and romance with a cool breeze during the day and night. When the sun sets, the covered terrace transforms into a magical setting for cocktails with the peaceful glow of lights and sweet scents from the surrounding gardens.

Living Room

The living area enjoys the dramatic backdrop of the brilliant turquoise waters on one side and the covered terrace and lush courtyard on the other. It is only steps away from the beach, pool and expansive deck area serving as the perfect venue for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The coral rendered flooring with glass tile inlay invite you to take off your shoes and absorb the varying textures. The French lighting designs bring out the coral block walls filling the room with warm, welcoming hues.

Library

Coral Stone bookshelves encompass this charming library that can be used as a quiet retreat where you can take a leisurely afternoon nap or lose yourself in a novel. What better setting to enjoy a Patrick O'Brian yarn of the high seas or the newest Ludlum thriller with a rum punch and the ocean breeze wafting through the French doors open to Grace Bay. The room is also set up for private movie screenings on the 52’inch TV or a thoughtful game of chess.

Dining Room

The dining room is the epitomy of island elegance seating up to tweleve and looking out to the ocean and garden on three sides. The views and the antique wrought-iron chandelier suspended from the ceiling, compliment a gourmet meal prepared by your own professional chef in this dreamlike, beachfront dining room. Hand rendered coral stone alcoves enhance the atmosphere created by the coral stone wall and floors inlaid with Verde green marble.

Island Kitchen

Your culinary imagination will run wild in this open-plan Island Kitchen which overlooks the center courtyard’s lush tropical garden and offers an expansive 700 square feet of space. The gourmet-inspired layout features French limestone counters, island seating and thoroughly modern amenities like appliances by Subzero, Thermador, Dacor, with Franke stainless sinks, Downsview cabinetry and Waterworks fixtures. The kitchen opens to both the family and formal dining areas and includes a breakfast area with a television and an outdoor breakfast nook.

Master Bedroom

It would be hard to encounter a more beautiful and thoroughly romantic boudoir than the Master Bedroom Suite at Coral House. This extraordinary experience begins with ocean views from the Ralph Lauren Collection bed and a private beachfront terrace open to the heavens, and is relentlessly enhanced with a walk-in closet, freestanding Victorian tub, Waterworks fixtures, white marble shower and spacious en-suite massage area that make this suite all the more dream-like. The king-sized bed with top of the line Frette bedding ensures a blissful night’s sleep.

Guest Bedrooms

The Guest Bedrooms are each uniquely gracious, airy and luxuriously-appointed with breathtaking ocean views or courtyard outlooks. Impeccably designed with a combination of French antique tables and chairs, Italian marble and mahogany dressers and other one-of-a kind designer pieces, each room has a personality of its own and convenient covered passageways and interconnecting doors providing access and privacy. All rooms are very spacious with comfortable relaxing seating/ reading areas and include televisions, Apple TV, Vonage telephone, Security system and high speed wireless internet capabilities.

Guest Room 1 - king bed can be made into twin beds, shower with tub, Waterworks cabinet, sink and faucets. The inner passageway between rooms is great for families, people traveling with young kids and/ or a nanny.

This extra-large family/media room is adjacent to the Island Kitchen and provides endless hours of entertainment, comfort and fun. Lined with built-in bookshelves, a large 60" television with surround sound, Apple TV, Blue Ray DVD player, X Box, Chalk Board Wall, Games/ puzzles for all ages and Fuse ball, this room has something for everyone.

Gym & Yoga Studio

Designed to create an environment of peace that calms, renews and creatively inspires, the Yoga Studio takes full advantage of the beautiful surroundings but also is well-equipped to ensure you can take care of your health and wellbeing. Private instruction can also be arranged to enhance your experience. Workout weights, mats and balance ball provided. DVD player and workout tapes are also available.

Spa Services

At Coral House enjoy an in-suite massage in your own private room. Relax and unwind after a day of beach fun or let the masseuse give you a stretch after a rigorous beach walk and yoga. Our villa manager can organize a masseuse to come to the house to meet all your spa needs.
