This elegant 5-bedroom villa is situated on a slight rise at one end of the Sapodilla Beach cove on the southern coast of Providenciales. Visible from every room are magnificent beach and ocean views.The two-storey Moroccan style villa comprises almost 8,000 sq ft. Surrounded by lushly landscaped gardens, stone pathways and outdoor patios, the interior is sumptuously furnished with fine collectibles, rugs and artifacts, reflecting eclectic influences from Europe, the Orient and Middle East. Under an exterior dome, the main entrance leads to a grandiose sitting room and opens onto the oceanfront patio giving panoramic ocean views. Aside, a hallway leads to the formal dining room and gourmet kitchen; to the other side is the master bedroom suite, private balcony and luxurious bath. Two staircases branch out from the main level hallway leading upstairs to bedroom suites. Connected by a long gallery overlooking the downstairs living area, each suite comprises two bedrooms/bathrooms, and private balconies surveying the costal views.

All bedrooms are air conditioned, and equipped with TV. (Note: A/C is charged back to renter at $50 per day.) The property also has a one-bedroom guest cottage, with separate entrance from the front courtyard. (Ceiling fans, but no air-conditioning in cottage). Outdoor spaces are generous; around the swimming pool is a separate outdoor dining area & kitchen with BBQ.
