The three three-bedroom villas at Rocky Point are privately owned. They can be rented individually or together, and they feature large bedrooms with ocean-view sitting areas, living room, dining area, kitchen and outdoor dining area, private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and private butler service.

The villas are a five-minute burry ridge from the main resort and are located just 10 meters from the ocean edge with views towards the gentle waters that lap so close you can hear them against the powder-soft sand. The finish is a subtle combination of high-tech and chic, featuring AC, direct dial telephones and tiki torches glowing poolside when night eventually falls. The rooms are light-filled, sharing the resort's sleek white and teak aesthetic.

Dhyani House: Dhyani House has a peerless location – more than two acres for three bedrooms, making it the house with the largest beach. Each suite (one detached king, one king, one twin) features an indoor and outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a claw-foot tub and steam. The bedrooms each have a four-poster king size beds with white netting. Please note, one bedroom offers twin beds. They also offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, a 42” satellite plasma television with DVD player, an in-room safe, direct dial telephone with voicemail, radio, and a CD player. There are private screened porches with ocean views allow guests to retreat and read a book. There is a well-equipped kitchen that offers a toaster, an espresso machine, an oven, a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. There is a living/dining area with white sofa and dining table for six with a 42” plasma television with DVD player. This room also offers guests the use of a fax machine with direct dial telephone and WiFi internet access. The beachfront area is unique with a sandy volleyball area to one side of the house (making it popular among families). The 3100sq ft deck is dominated by a long, heated pool that is 45ft by 20ft with a negative edge. There is also a tiki hut for massages.

Lucky House: Lucky House is a three-bedroom estate located on over one acre of beachfront, which you rent in its entirety.The master bedroom is detached and each bedroom offers a screened porch with commanding ocean views. All suites also have their own 23” television with DVD player and direct dial telephone as well as a private bathroom with a bath, indoor and outdoor shower. The kitchen features cooking facilities, a dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. The kitchen also offers a butlers entrance. In addition to a large lounge and indoor dining area, there is a 45ft-long infinity-edge pool flanked by teak loungers and cream sun umbrellas. The al fresco dining deck allows all six houseguests to eat together, enjoying the gentle evening breeze that floats through Lucky House’s pale, white and wood interiors. There is also a beachside fire pit.

Rocky Point: Rocky Point is located on close to two acres of beachfront north of the ‘Rocky Point’ landmark on the island’s leeward flank, about one mile distant from the main resort. Comprised of a detached master bedroom and two further guest suites, rooms feature the classic Parrot Cay beachside style: four-posters wrapped in white nets that billow with the breeze, leather woven chairs, a private ocean view porch with colonial-style day beds. The attached bathrooms all have indoor and outdoor showers. The kitchen with butler’s entrance can be fully stocked on request. The kitchen offers a toaster, espresso machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. The living/dining area features a long dining table for six, and a 60” projection television with DVD player, fax machine, direct dial phone and internet access. The outdoor area, which includes a 45ft by 16ft heated negative-edge pool, is flanked by alfresco dining facilities for eight people, teak wood pool loungers and a garden tiki hut for massages. The bathrooms offer interior standalone and outdoor showers with make-up mirrors, hairdryers, bathrobes and flip-flops.
