The Main House has 3 bedrooms with over 4,600 sq ft. The Main House offers a deck with pool, gym, guest room and Butlers Quarters. The Guest house has 3 bedrooms with over 2,665 sq ft. The total are for both houses combined is 9.445 sq ft. The Suite's décor was created by Cheong Yew Kuan, the Malaysian architect who also constructed the award-winning COMO Shambhala Estate at Begawan Giri in Bali & Sanctuary. Indoor-outdoor using warm teak and cool white-marble interiors reflect the effortless Hamptons-style of Parrot Cay. Outside, a sprawling sundeck hemmed by lush greenery creates a natural cocoon. Hallmark of the style are natural teak woods, Interiors feature comfortable sofas, king-size beds and beach furnishings. The dominant color is a refreshing white with interior pieces that came from Bali.

Tamarind offers 5 bedrooms, 3 have four poster king size beds and 2 of the bedrooms offer twin beds. There are 2 kitchens all with the following amenities: stove, microwave, Oven, Toaster, espresso machine, wine cooler, dishwasher, and an ice machine. The 2 living/dining areas have two and three person sofas, dining table for 12, media rooms with 52” flat screen HD TV,with DVD & games, fax machine, telephone, WIFI and iPod docking stations connected to speaker in the house and by pool deck area.
