A Colli is a beautiful, 5 bedroom stone-built farmhouse situated in the Luccan hills near Segromigno in Monte.

It offers breathtaking views of the nearby Tenuta di Valgiano with its beautiful vineyards and olive groves, the city of Lucca and the plains surrounding it out to the sea. The property has been recently, immaculately restored yet has redemeed the typical features of Tuscan farmhouses with its beautiful floors in terracotta and wooden beamed ceilings. Most of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and an ADSL connection has been made available for the guests.

A large swimming pool is a few steps below the farmhouse in the most panoramic position on the property. In front of the farmhouse and close to the swimming pool, there is a nice pergola that offers the possibility to enjoy delightful outdoor meals.

Ground Floor: Kitchen, dining room opening onto the garden; laundry room.

First Floor: Sitting room with fireplace opening to the garden via a staircase; master bedroom with en-suite bathroom shower only; twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower only).

Second Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only); double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom (shower only).
