This tastefully decorated 5 bedroom villa is situated on the Mansi Bernardini estate, in the hills of Segromigno in Monte.
The house has been recently restored with a particular taste and attention to details. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, telephone and air conditioning (an additional cost). There is a very well equipped modern kitchen and in front of it outside in the garden, a beautiful patio with a barbecue, table and chairs.
The position of the house is magical, situated within the beautiful eighteenth century garden villa that is rich in vegetation. The swimming pool is on a wide lawn with beautiful views over the hills below and a tennis court is located on the estate. The house has satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi system and one of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. The maid who takes care of the villa is also an excellent cook and will cook local dishes for clients on request. Fattoria Mansi Bernardini's office is located on the estate with an english speaking staff and is at your disposal for assistance.
Ground Floor: Entrance hall; sitting room; cloak room; big dining room with open kitchen opening to the patio, furnished for al fresco dinners; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), opening onto the garden.
First Floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
