Casa Pepe Tuscany

Deep in the Tuscan countryside lies Casa Pepe in Chianti, a quaint eighteenth century farmhouse set in stunning location with breathtaking views of Chiantis most famous vineyards.

Off the beaten path, Casa Pepe is surrounded by miles of rolling green hills, vineyard and cypress trees. Casa Pepe has an authentic feel with its antique Terracotta floor and grassello walls. Included in the restoration is the very beautiful outside dining area, one of three, under an iron gazebo with a large barbecue and a wood fire pizza oven for your entertainment, overlooking the pool.

  • 1 twin bedded room (can be converted into a double bedroom) with small en suite shower room
  • 1 double bedroom bathroom with bath tub

Guest house (swimming pool level)

  • 1 bedroom with French bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

Included

Maid service 3 hours 6 days a week (excluding Sunday), daily breakfast, welcome dinner, electricity up to 330kwh, hot & cold water, change of linen and towels twice a week

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
