The villa is fully air-conditioned (all rooms). Inspired by the Four Seasons the color schemes are in warm, intense tones from sunny ochre to deep red, sage green and blue marine, from old stone to warm terracotta.

Sunny and bright yet airy and cool, the southerly facing sitting rooms with typical Tuscan brick arches, grand master fireplace lounge and dining areas, open onto paved terraces through a facade of French windows. The large country kitchen with fabulous central work top area is equipped with high-tech Italian fixtures and fittings. Tiled in dark yellow tile, the kitchen opens up on two levels with a work area and central work top on one floor and on a higher level a large pantry area. Fitted with state of the art equipment it is perfect for chefs, would be chefs and for holding great, hands-on cooking classes and demonstrations.

The cool and airy bedrooms are all decorated in rich Tuscan country style with co-ordinating natural fabrics, each with elegant ensuite or private shower room, all newly fitted with cool white porcelain and spacious showers.

Gentle steps and walkways lead down from the Villa to the mosaic tiled infinity pool with hydro massage area, and old stone paved solarium furnished with ample light sun beds. Adjacent to the pool there is a south -westerly facing pool loggia (superb for parties and family gatherings!) equipped for dining and beautifully cushioned sofas and chairs for relaxing and a fantastically set-up BBQ area. The views from the gardens and pool over the countryside are simply magnificent. The Mediterranean garden with its olive groves, cypresses, rose and lavender beds and aromatic shrubs offer spacious lawn areas with ample space for sitting and relaxing. An idyllic full circle panorama of olive groves, woodland, cypresses, cornfields, lakes and distant villages.

Details: The main ground floor of the Villa offers a large triple living area (sitting room, lounge with huge open fireplace and dining room) divided by Tuscan archways. A spacious kitchen on 2 levels with restaurant style facilities as always (8 ring hob, double ovens, double dishwasher, double fridge freezer) and central work area on one level and a parlour/dispenser on the other level and guest/staff bathroom.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms off the reception area on the ground floor and then on the first floor (reached by an internal staircase) there are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. This main part of the Villa sleeps 12. Their own private external entrances can reach the additional 4 suites. There are 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. These are all part of the main house but have their own private access.

Main Villa kitchen caters for full house and large parties.

All twins can be made into doubles. It is possible to make Main Villa and Country View single rooms into small doubles on request subject to a small supplement. The first floor room with private balcony can be a small double or single bedroom as preferred.

The swimming pool at Le Cascine is 16m x 9m with hydro-massage. The double veranda loggia is highly spacious (300sq.m) and is furnished for relaxing and dining all'aperto.
