Castelletto Tuscany

Castelletto is not just a rental villa, it is a unique property in the heart of the most enchanting Tuscany hill.

This home is a collection of unique mix of antiques and modern furnishings from all over the world, aiming to blend the old and new with a sense of style and comfort.

The villa was built into the city wall of a small medieval village which was established in or around 1213, and was considereda “Casa Signorile” which means a noble house. The villa is in the center of a little village where you will truly enjoy the real Italian country life. It is situated only few kilometers from the beautiful town of Pienza, famous all over the world for the production of Pecorino cheese. Castelletto is also a short distance from the most interesting places from an historical point of view and for amazing gourmet experience such as Montalcino, Montepulciano, Siena, Cortona and many others.

The house is on three floors, on the ground floor dining room and kitchen are on either side of a lovely working fireplace so if you prefer to dine at home , there is every imaginable type of cookware and utensil at your disposal. There is also a charming breakfast terrace just off the dining room for a leisurely morning cappuccino in the sun. The three bedrooms and two single beds are on the other two levels. The three double bedrooms and two single bedrooms are on the other two levels. The three double bedrooms are air-conditioned, large and elegant, all with en-suite bathrooms which are modern and stylish. Two of the double rooms are connected to a single bedroom which can be used as a dressing or reading room as well. The single bedrooms share the ensuite bathroom with the double suites. Luxurious bedding is provided in all rooms.

Tuscany Villa Notes

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
