You can have the decided pleasure of living in a 10 bedroom, Tuscan villa overlooking its vineyards, in this case the vineyard of Tiziano Chianti. Moreover, you and your guests will have approximately 8000 square feet of private garden done by world famous garden architect Pinsent, overlooking the Florentine countryside and a private pool at your fingertips. This villa is straight out of your dreams of Tuscan aristocratic living. Decorated very typically Tuscan with its rich gold walls, deep terracotta floors, and simple yet tasteful furnishings, this ten bedroom/eight bath villa can sleep up to 20 very comfortably. You will be enchanted.

Ground Floor: This floor has living room with fireplace, a sitting room, as well as a library with fireplace. A formal dining room for up to 24 people, kitchen and guest bathroom. A bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom opens directly onto the garden.

First Floor: There is a bedroom with queen size bed, fireplace and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Second bedroom has queen size bed, living room with fireplace and bathroom en suite. Third bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with shower.

Second Floor: Bedroom with queen size beds, fireplace and bathroom with tub and shower en suite. Another bedroom with queen size beds, fireplace and bathroom. Swimming pool and outside dining area.

Bedroom Details

  • Tiziano can be rented with different layout accordingly to your needs. Upon request there is a super suite, with king size bed, and massive ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. A spacious receiving/living room, leads to 2 other bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom and queen size beds. An extra bedroom is also available in the main part of the Castle for a total of 10 double bedrooms and 9 bathrooms

Villa Notes

  • 10 Bedrooms accommodating 20, 9 bathrooms. The villa can be rented with all 10 bedrooms or with 6/7
  • For a 10 bedroom rental there will be 3 maids to do daily cleaning except for Sunday, 8 hours a day. For a 7 bedroom rental there will be 2 maids to do daily cleaning for 8 hours a day.
  • All utilities are included except heating and telephone/fax usage. Heating will run 150 euro a day.
  • Continental breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, bread, jam, fruit juice, fruit, cereal, and yogurt, except for Sundays.
  • There is a gardener and pool maintenance daily.
  • Pool will be open end of May until September. DSL internet service is available
  • The owner lives in a separate part of the Villa with independent entrance.
