Centolivi Tuscany

Centolivi is an exquisitely restored old farmhouse set in the heart of Tuscany with spectacular views across the countryside.

The property is located in a green region rich in small picturesque villages set on hilltops with wonderful views and surrounded by woods. The 12th Century village of Palaia is only at 6 kms away. The English owners have restored the house with very good taste and flair, furnishing it with a personal touch and high quality equipment. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main entrance to the property leads through a shady courtyard and covered loggia to a large terrace enjoying wonderful views over the landscape. Part of the large garden is an olive grove and the swimming pool (12x6m) has been placed in a spectacular position. An original bread oven which can be used for pizzas and barbecues will contribute to delight your summer evenings. The property is also close to the Castelfalfi Resort, with its beautiful golf course which has just been remodelled and is renowned as one of the most spectacular ones in Tuscany.

Ground Floor:

There is a courtyard with loggia and a terrace. the entrance hall leads to the a large living room with fireplace. There is also a big kitchen/dining room and a storeage room. All these rooms open on to the garden.

First Floor:

Sitting room with stairs leading directly to the garden. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and bath). Huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only).

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
