Ideally situated in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena and Florence, this villa, owned for centuries by one Italian Aristocratic family, is encircled by spectacular gardens, offering breath taking views of the surrounding countryside. Dating back to 1400, additional construction was added between 1700 - 1800. The whole structure was renovated with loving care during 1996 - 1997.
The main villa is actually 15,000 square feet and the guest house has an additional 4,500 sq. feet. The guest house is located just 50 feet from the main residence.

Available on request(additional charge): Private laundry; Extra laundry (sheet-towels); guided tour to the most important wineries in Montalcino with wine tasting and lunch; Private wine tasting at the villa; 3 luxury speed boats for full day excursions to Monte ARGENTARIO. Horseback Riding and Golf available nearby; Tour on mountain bike. Orchestra for private concerts.

The Layout: The villa is built on four floors making a total of 15,000 Sq. Ft. The Guest House has an additional 4,500 Sq. Ft.

Main Villa: 3 suites (1 with jacuzzi), 7 double bedrooms, 2 single twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom

Guest House: 3 double bedrooms, 2 suite (with jacuzzi) Sleeps total: 31 + 4
All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and are furnished with telephone, satellite television, air conditioning and safe. Laundry (sheets + towels) is changed once a week and is included in the cost. Telephone and fax, electricity, heating, food and wine are all extra.

Included services (for up to 25 guests):

  • Staff includes: 1 manager, 4-6 waiters & 1 gardener 6 days per week
  • Bed, bathroom & pool linen are changed weekly
  • Electricity is included up to 330kwh

Available at an additional cost:

  • Telephone and fax service (charged to individual rooms)

  • Food and drinks (to be paid in Euro on site on a daily basis).

  • An additional staff member must be hired for parties with more than 25 guests.

Food Costs

BREAKFAST:

  • Continental breakfast buffet: 10 Euro per guest (including: bread, jam, cereals, fruit, eggs, bacon, ham, milk, coffee, thee, fruit juice, fresh fruit yogurt etc.)
  • Waiter service included in the price.

LUNCH:

  • Available upon request with the house manager at no additional cost. Waiter service is not included.

DINNER:

For dinner guests can choose between:

A. 5 course dinner: 40 Euro per guest, including food, grocery shopping
service, waiter service and cooking service. Drinks excluded, to be paid
separately.

B. Dinner service + cost of the food 300 Euro (based upon
receipt) + 50 Euros for grocery shopping service. Waiter service included in
the price for dinner.

Staff Details

  • Staff is available in the mornings between 8am - 1pm - They are available to serve breakfast (see food costs above), clean living areas, bedrooms & outdoor area.
  • Staff is available in the late afternoon, 3 hours for dinner service (see costs above) which may include waiter service and cleaning up after dinner. Preferably, dinner should be served between 8:00 - 8:30 pm.
  • Staff will work in the evenings until 10:30pm unless requested to work longer (at an additional cost)
