Farmhouse 3 Cancelli Tuscany

A luxury farmhouse surrounded by hectares of vineyards with mountains in the background and is very close to the center of Lucca.

Farmhouse 3 Cancelli (which means 3 gates) is a luxury farmhouse that is fully air-conditioned with 6 bedrooms for a total accomodation of 11 + 1 guests.

The entrance is through automatic gates with a private driveway that leads to front of house. The ground floor entrance has stone clad stairs to the 1st floor balcony leading to a large "L" shaped living room with an open fireplace. The table in the kitchen offers a spacious dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast room. A door opening onto stairs, leads to garden and a wood burning outside pizza oven. There is a small corridor leading to a good sized double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to a 2nd floor with 1 double bedroom and one bathroom with hydro massage bathtub. The master bedroom has one bathroom with sauna/shower ensuite and a wardrobe room. There is also one single bedroom with room for an extra bed. At the ground floor level there are two more bedrooms that share a large bathroom.

Outside there are lovely gardens with flowering trees and shrubs throught the property. There is also a swimming pool and a large pergola with table and chairs for eating al fresco.

Villa Notes

  • Pets not allowed
  • The house is very close to the town of Lucca and is located around 60 meters from a main road that is very busy with traffic which may cause some noise in front of the house.
  • Electricity and air-conditioning is at an additional cost based on consumption
  • The bus stop to Lucca is directly next to the gates to the entrance of the house

Tuscany Villa Notes

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
