Flora Tuscany
Flora is located in an exceptionally beautiful, lush and varied landscape dotted with olive groves, vines, fields of wheat and sunflowers and woodlands close to the medieval village of Montelopio.
Situated where the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Florence meet, the villa is just a short distance from the well preserved historical towns of San Gimignano and Volterra. Flora is a traditional 1800 Tuscan farm house converted with great attention to detail by the owner.
Ground floor
A fully equipped built-in kitchen with a fill range of modern appliances and utility cupboard, a furnished living room with a large table for 12 people, plasma TV, fireplace, a bathroom equipped for the disabled, 1 double bedroom (convertible into a twin bedroom) with satellite TV and en suite bathroom with shower.
First floor
A stone and wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor and the bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (which can be converted into triples) each with en suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (a single bed can be added in this room) with en suite bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase leads to a tower which looms from the centre of the roof converted into a comfortable lounge offering a 360 panoramic view of the hilly landscape.

Pool area with loungers, a porch with table for 12 people and comfortable sofas.
