Il Mulino is a charming farmhouse set in a private estate and located in the Maremma Valley, one of the most important archaeological areas in Tuscany as it is the cradle of Etruscan civilization.

It is an ideal site for those who love a quiet and peaceful countryside atmosphere.

The house has been completely renovated and decorated with comfortable antique furnishings. Next to the house an old wood burning oven, a “pool house” and the swimming pool.

The property is perfectly located for easy access to some of the most beautiful cities such as Siena, Florence, Rome and only 10 miles from the coast village of Castiglione della Pescaia, where a cabin on a private beach is available upon request.
