This beautiful,6 bedroom property belongs to the Campalli estate, a huge farm of 750 acres that produces Chianti Classico wine, and includes the Castle of Campalli. La Corte di Campalli is an impressive stone-built farmhouse that dates back to the 16th century. It takes its name from the striking internal courtyard around which it was built. The property was totally restored in 2002 by its discerning owners, who used authentic traditional materials of the area and equipped it with all modern facilities.

The interiors are particularly airy and spacious, with doors both to the courtyard and to the garden. A local woman will be happy to provide exquisite cooking services with Tuscan specialities, that all clients have greatly enjoyed. Guided tours of the estate and the castle, including wine tasting, can also be arranged.

Although in a secluded and quiet location, it is only 7 km away from a highway exit and therefore is also an ideal base for trips to the main Tuscan towns.

Ground Floor: Entrance through a big arcade; huge sitting room with arches opening both to the courtyard and the garden; large kitchen/dining room; TV room (with satellite TV); twin bedroom; bathroom with shower only; room with bread oven; laundry room.

First Floor: Suite with master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom (shower only); twin bedroom; bathroom; master bedroom with bathroom en-suite (shower only); sitting room with fireplace and piano opening to a patio with table tennis. In a separate wing, master bedroom with sitting area and en-suite bathroom (shower only), accessible from the ground floor by an independent staircase.

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
