The British owners use the property frequently for their holidays and have furnished it with modern equipment: air conditioning in all bedrooms (available at extra cost), flat screen TV, high quality hi-fi system, dryer, internet connection and a billiard table.
A particular feature is also the very well equipped high tech gourmet kitchen, with a professional Lacanche stove. The layout of the garden has been created by a very talented landscape architect and the result is truly impressive. The beautiful swimming pool has been located in one of the most panoramic positions of the garden and has an electric cover that maintains the water temperature higher in the mid seasons. La Corte Malgiacca Estate produces its own olive oil and wine.
