This beautiful property is an old stone built farmhouse which has been restored using authentic materials, such as beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and exposed brick arches.
The interiors are very spacious and furnished with a combination of antique and ethnic furniture, from Tuscany and from the owner’s travels all over the world. The property is located in a very panoramic position, in an area that we have called Southern Tuscany/Umbria. Geographically speaking it is situated in Umbria but it is only a few kms from the southern part of Tuscany, close to lovely Tuscan towns such as Cetona and San Casciano dei Bagni.

- Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
- Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
