Villa Marchesa is an elegant and luxurious mansion, completed in 2009.

This property is totally immersed in private woods on the Maremma Coast, yet 4 km from town and only 20-30 minutes drive from the beaches of Scarlino and Punta Ala. Perfect for large parties, the villa boasts high quality details and sophisticated décor. This typical Tuscan villa, together with Villa Maremmana, its sister property nestled in the same estate just 1.5 kilometers away, offers guests beautiful views and absolute peace and tranquility.

Ground Floor:

The décor is upscale contemporary rustic, in the latest tones, woods and textiles. Light and airy the comfortable spacious living and sitting areas, with fireplace, are totally panoramic. Separate dining area with a table for up to 18 guests. Fully equipped and beautifully furnished Tuscan kitchen. On the fround floor is also 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with double sink, shower and separate tub – this room is barrier-free.

First Floor:

1 queen bedroom with en suite bathroom with double sink, shower and separate tub. 1 oversized twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. 1 smaller double room, appropriate for children, with 3 large windows, with en suite bathroom with shower. 1 twin room with en suite bathroom with shower. 1 Master queen corner bedroom with en suite bathroom with oversized shower and separate tub. Access to the rooftop and spectacular views. 1 Master king bedroom with en-suite bathrooms with double sink, shower and separate tub. 1 oversized twin corner bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and double sink.

  • Cook available upon request – meals must to be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. 3 course meal with waiter service: €180 (not including food and wine). Buffet lunch without table service: €80 (not including food and wine)
  • Babysitter service, upon availability €15 per hour – each babysitter can look after 3 children maximum
  • Laundry and ironing service charges extra: €12 per hour
  • Extra change of linen at €20 per room
  • Extra change of bathroom towels €15 per set

Tuscany Villa Notes

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
