Maremmana Tuscany

Villa Maremmana is a luxury mansion set in its own oasis of natural beauty in the heart of the Maremma region of Tuscany.

The villa is elegantly decorated and the spacious interiors provide maximum comfort. It is 16 miles north of Grosseto and a 25 minute drive from the beach. With magnificent grounds extending over 2300 acres, guests will be able to enjoy beautiful views and tranquility. For larger groups, the neighboring Villa Marchesa can be rented as well - it is just 1.5 km away on the same estate and can accommodate 18 guests.

Ground Floor: Double entrance hall and several foyers; massive, colorfully decorated living room with central fireplace and sitting area; study with computer and desk; dining area with traditional Tuscan fireplace and beautiful table (seats up to 16); access through 3 French doors to the outdoor gardens; spacious, fully-equipped kitchen; sitting room with entertainment system with projection TV; laundry and ironing room.

First Floor: Billiard room with entrance to large terrace with lounging chairs overlooking the countryside.

Outside Features: Swimming pool with outdoor furniture/lounges; large outdoor area for relaxing and dining; table tennis; vegetable garden, large estate for horseback riding or hiking.

A nearby horseback riding center offers guided excursions, for experienced riders, with the possibility to ride all the way to the sea. Tennis court is 5 minutes away by car. Daily boat excursions can be arranged from the nearby harbor. The famous, bustling Punt Ala harbor is 35 minutes away by car. Two world-class spas are nearby, offering thermal baths, massage, and the most advanced aesthetic and curative treatments.

  • Pricing for cook: €150 per 3-course dinner with waiter; €80 per buffet lunch. ( Meals must be ordered 24 hours in advance)
  • Laundry and ironing charges extra: €12 per hour
  • Change of bath linens twice per week included; additional linen change: €20 per room; Bath linen: €15 per set

Tuscany Villa Notes

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
