Mezzola Tuscany

Mezzola is a typical stone-built, 5 bedroom Tuscan farmhouse, located on an estate producing Chianti wine and only 18 kilometers from the center of Florence.

Until a few years ago, it was the home of the owner, an antique dealer, who restored and furnished it for family use. The interiors of the house are very comfortable and furnished with antiques. The living area is particularly spacious, with a big living room and kitchen, opening to a furnished courtyard where outdoor meals can be enjoyed. In the bedrooms on the first floor air conditioning is available at extra cost. The location of the house is ideal, not only for exploring the surrounding Chianti area, but being less than ten minutes from the two highways connecting Florence to Siena and Pisa, it is possible to visit these wonderful Tuscan cities in less than one hour’s drive.

First Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room with single bed; twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom; double bedroom; bedroom with french bed; bathroom. On this floor there is a small bridge connecting to the back garden where the pool is situated.

  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
