Set in a large garden, each of the houses has a well-equipped pergola for dining outdoors, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Large picture windows in the living area of both houses allow one to enjoy the panorama of the rolling Umbrian hills. The swimming pool is situated on a raised terrace next to the villa.

The interiors have been finely restored with prestigious materials: antique doors, 18th Century oak-beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and old terracotta floors. The property has been tastefully yet comfortably furnished with some beautiful antiques. The strategic geographical position of Ada allows you to visit many places of artistic and architectural interest such as Cortona, Siena and Gubbio.

During the low season, it is possible to rent either the main villa or the guest house separately, whilst the other will remain vacant during your stay. It is a highly recommended property.

  • During low season the 2 villas can be rented separately. On request we can guarantee you the other property won't be occupied
  • Tennis court s available for guests use, during the weeks it is open from 8.30am - 7pm, closed on Sunday.

  • Massages at the villa: Californian massage, relaxing massage, aromatherapy massage, Shiatsu, Raichi massage - the cost for 1 hour is 120 Euros to pay directly on site.
  • It is also possible to organize Yoga lessons and Taichi Qi Gong lessons for 120 Euro per lesson for the whole group that will participate.
  • Balloon ride for 300 Euro per person (min. 2 people), take-off points are Lake Trasimeno, Assisi or Todi.

Tuscany Villa Notes

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.

    Villa Ada was lovely and in fact more than lived up to the pictures and the description. We loved our time there. The road leading to the villa was steep and we wouldn't recommend it to older travelers because of that.
