Santa Maria Al Lago is a gorgeous villa situated on the hillside just minutes from Lucca. This newly renovated villa features every modern convenience and boasts a beautiful private pool, and soon to be completed tennis court and putting green. Clients will enjoy the luxurious and inviting interior design with amenities such as a commercial kitchen for cooking classes, a spacious living room for entertaining and intimate outdoor areas for relaxing in the Tuscan open air.

Accommodation Details:

Ground Floor: On the ground floor clients will enjoy the spacious main living room with a huge fireplace and relaxing sitting area. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen, private library with telephone, fax, internet access and computer facilities. Television and music room with satellite TV, intimate reading room and guest bathrooms.

First Floor: Two suites with bath and shower facilities, can either be king or twin bedded rooms. Two bedrooms with bathrooms with showers, can either be king or twin bedded rooms. One bedroom with king bed and a bathroom with shower.

Second Floor: Two king bedroom suites with two bathrooms with shower.

Basement: The basement has full kitchen for cooking classes with a wine library stocked with a private collection of Tuscan/Italian wines, a service area and laundry room and completely private staff accommodation.

Pool Details

  • 40 feet length Pool with solarium facilities
  • Spot lights for night swim

Staff Details

  • Daily maid 2 of staff (6 hours per day -6 day a week)
  • Linens changed twice a week
  • Gardner maintenance
  • Chef service is available; cost of euro 350 per day (Available for the whole week at the rate of Euro 2,000 for 6 day service one meal per day)
  • Local cook is available at the cost of euro 200 per day (Available for the whole week at the rate of Euro 1,400 for 6 day service one meal per day)

Villa Notes

  • English speaking concierge available to assist clients either prior to the arrival and daily on site
  • Electric, Water, Gas and Air Conditioning is included in the rates up to 400KW/H (extra is charged 0,40 euro per Kw/h)
  • Please note most of the staff lives on site

Tuscany Villa Notes

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
