La Tabaccaia is a newly renovated, very contemporary 3 bedroom property located on the estate of Fattoria Santo Stefano.

Guests drive up the long private entrance road and through the remote control gate and into the large enclosed courtyard. A covered portico surrounds the entire house. There is a private dining terrace that faces south.
South West Side: Master king-size double bedroom with open fireplace. Glass sliding doors on both sides of bedroom leading onto portico and garden on one side and private courtyard and pool on the other side.Private hallway. Private shower room. Door leading to outside dining terrace.Hallway from living area leads to 2 further bedrooms.
East Side: King-size double bedroom with private shower room (not ensuite). Sliding glass doors onto portico and garden - east facing.Twin bedroom (large beds) with ensuite shower room.Sliding glass doors onto portico and garden - east facing.
Furnishings are very contemporary. Dark wooden floors. Glass and wood prevail. Stone wall interior features. Headboards are hand painted in verses of Boccaccio's De Cameron. All rooms are glass fronted so the whole house it totally luminous.
La Tabaccaia is along the the road towards Montaione and is the furthest south east of all the properties on Fattoria Santo Stefano.

Bedroom Details
- Living/dining area has an open fire place. Glass sliding entrance doors facing east and west leading out onto pool and inner courtyard and portico and garden. In the thoroughly modern kitchen - silver and cream prevail. Dark wood dining table with contemporary steel legs, interesting double red lampshade feature, dark leather high backed chairs.
